Loaded Breakfast Oatmeal

I’m not a huge fan of overnight oats but I do love oatmeal. Go figure.

The most important note: soaking the rolled (or old fashioned) oats in warm water for about 15 minutes. Allow the water to cover the oats a bit. Then, after 15 minutes, the water absorbed into the oats. Mix in a little more water before warming in the microwave.

Once warm, I add all the things. Fruit (fresh or frozen – both are great), nuts, coconut, honey. The options are endless.
