Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

These chewy, delicious and HUGE muffins come together in a snap while bringing the ultimate cozy vibes.

Ingredients:

3 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 vegetable oil
1 can pumpkin purée (15 oz)
4 eggs, beaten
Chocolate chips, measured with your heart

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and scoop into lined muffin tin.
  3. Top with extra chocolate (optional but always encouraged).
  4. Bake for about 1 hour. After 30 minutes, rotate your pan and begin checking your muffins at 45 minutes. Once an inserted toothpick comes out clean, the muffins are done!
