Mac and cheese but with whatever noodles you have on hand …
I ended up tossing in three types of noodles that I had about 1/4-1/2 cup of and called it a day. And kinda measured that cheese with my heart ✌️
Also, just a general reminder that your noodles do not need to match in a dish, ma’am!
Ingredients:
Noodles, cooked and drained
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
4-5 cups milk
2-4 cups shredded cheddar
salt and pepper, as needed
Instructions:
- Cook and drain your pasta.
- In a separate pot, melt butter and then stir in flour. Cook for 2 minutes.
- As this cooks, warm up milk in microwave.
- Stir in 4 cups of milk until it thickens. Then, stir in cheese.
- Add noodles. Stir and add a little more milk if needed.
